Shopping Guide

1. Your order will be processed immediately after the payment is confirmed, and you will receive the ordered products within seven working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays).

2.  The products will be delivered by our dedicated courier service partner.

3. In case your order is not completed due to technical reasons, we will notify you within two working days after receiving your order.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If your refund is approved, then we will proceed to process the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order confirmation
After the order was created, the system will send an 'order confirmation' email to you to confirm the order details and shipping information.

How to track order progress
You can check the order shipment status in My Account > View Orders.

How to cancel an order
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by clicking the 'Cancel order'button in My Account > View Orders.

My coupons
You can check your coupons or enter coupon code at My Account > My Coupon.

How to use coupons
At checkout, you can select a coupon or enter a coupon code to enjoy your discount!

Discount coupon terms
1. Only one coupon can be applied per online order. Terms and conditions for in-store and department store coupon usage are subject to further announcement.
2. The price of each item can't be 0 after applying a coupon.
3. Coupons can't be applied to products marked as 'Can't apply coupon' at checkout.
4. Each coupon can only be used once, and any unused amount will not be refunded. Once redeemed, it can't be restored.
5. If you return or cancel part of an order that was paid with a coupon/voucher, the coupon/voucher will become invalid and will not be restored.
6. Expired coupons can't be redeemed and restored.
7. Discount coupons can't deduct shipping fees.
